By booking a demo class or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Demo Class
The 15-minute demo class is free of charge and available only to new students
One free demo class per person. Duplicate bookings will be cancelled
The demo class is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
2. Scheduling & Booking
Please book your slot at least 1 hours in advance
Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 1 hours' notice before the scheduled class
Slots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis
A Google Meet link will be sent to your registered email & WhatsApp No. after booking
3. Conduct & Class Rules
Be respectful, punctual, and prepared for all online classes
Classes require a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone
Recording of sessions by students is not permitted without prior written consent
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 1 hours before the scheduled time
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a class cycle has begun
Unused classes may be carried forward within the same calendar month only
Flute Room reserves the right to reschedule a class in case of unforeseen circumstances with prior notice
5. Subscription
Monthly subscription of ₹1,499 includes Unlimited Classes per month
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal date
Fee structures may be revised with 30 days advance notice to enrolled students
6. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, recordings, exercises, and content shared by Flute Room are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
